Bowling Night for SH3

Sorry for not updating yesterday. After getting back from bowling I crashed. So here's what happened yesterday...

I got a really sweet letter from Yuki-san and Aya-san.

And after class I met two new friends in the CIE: Yuka-san and Aoi-san. They are both English majors who wanted to practice English.

So we walked to the bowling ally further downtown in Hirakata.
We were assigned teams. I was on a team with Antonio from Italy, Christina from Romania, and John from Maryland. I'm a terrible bowler so I was the weak link on the team... -_-;

Well that's about it. Today we don't really have any plans. I'm going to do laundry and maybe run to the 100 yen store. ... exciting.

SUMI E

So today, not much happened... I went to class. And actually remembered my camera...

The room SUMI E is in is on the top floor and has a good view of the city.

You grind your own ink. The stick is made from charcoal and some kind of adhesive.

It takes a lot of grinding...

Practicing different types of strokes...

Okay.. this is not it... I also finally took the time to make a vlog, but it won't let me upload it. I keep getting this error message in Japanese that I can't read. Al I know is that it's not working... oh well... Thanks for reading and g'night...

Fire Truck and Pictures

I forgot to mention yesterday that it had been sprinkling outside off and on all day. I rained a bit todayas well, probably little offshoots of the Tsunami just south of us. Anywhoo, it has cooled off a bit and being outside is no longer like standing in a sauna. After class today I took the time to ride around Hirakata.

I stopped at Fresco and did a little shopping.

So tiny! ...Anyways... Basicaly I just relaxed again today. I haven't really felt like doing anything adventurous. It's just nice to be, sometimes. Ya know?

Another Pointless Update...

So had classes today. Speaking, Popular Culture & Media, and then SUMI E. I forgot my camera but I plan on posting more pictures especialy of the SUMI E class. It is so much fun!

Oh, here's a little Engrish for ya. It was supposed to say "Innocent" but the cursive writing is wrong so it says "Irracent." She didn't notice until we pointed it out...

For dinner tonight I cooked crazy Jane again. This time with more veggies. I had extra so I packed a bento-ish lunchbox for tomorrow...

The little bottle has soy sauce. The little tomato is a toothpick for show. ...Well I thought it was cute...

Anyways, I know this post isn't very informative, but not that much has happened... yet.
